Theo got adopted!

Theo got adopted yesterday! Thank you to Sara Pickering Pick for everything she is doing to get the dogs at the Bradshaw Animal Shelter homes. Even if we aren't prepared to adopt a dog, we can check a doggie out for a few hours to a whole day through the Barks and Recreation Program! Sadly, it's no surprise that dogs who are kept at shelters too long develop behavioral and physical aliments. These are the doggies that are on "Final Plea" and will be euthanized. The dedicated staff at the Bradshaw Animal Shelter do everything they can to prevent this thorough the Barks and Recreation Program and massive outreach. There is success and many do end up getting adopted.

We can help! Through the Barks and Recreation Program simply make an appointment and bring "Fido" for a walk at Sailor Bar! Here is more information and a link to schedule a walk with "Fido". https://animalcare.saccounty.gov/us/en/barks-and-recreation-program.html
